Location: Cradock, Eastern Cape

Duties & Responsibilities

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 

  • (Grade 12) with at least 2 years’ experience in an Agricultural and administrative environment
  • Good administrative and numeracy skills
  • Excellent computer literacy in MS office applications
  • Be willing to travel frequently and work after-hours
  • Must be able to perform under pressure
  • Hardworking, punctuality, precision and good teamwork
  • Must be fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans) and understand and communicate in Afrikaans to a large extent
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Desired Experience & Qualification

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure accurate administrative processes
  • Planning and coordination of auction administration
  • Managing and coordination of digital marketing
  • Responsible for the compilation of digital catalogues
  • Compilation and distribution of pamphlets and catalogues for auctions
  • Gathering of information and documentation required for auctions
  • Responsible for advertising of auctions
  • Ensure a positive image of the organisation through professional, effective and efficient client services
  • Distribution of marketing material to relevant parties
  • Asset register – Responsible for stocktaking and maintenance of asset registers
  • Maintenance – ensure that equipment and promotional materials are in good condition
  • Gathering and editing of digital content for Digital Catalogues
  • Gathering of producer information to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Compilation of advertising schedules
  • General administrative duties
