Project Integration Management
An effective project integration management includes project plan development, project plan execution and integrated change control.
Project Scope Management
Five key steps: Initiation, scope planning, scope definition, scope verification and scope change control.
Project Time Management
This is one of the most important parts of project management that ensures the timely completion of the project in a successful way by effective time management. The process of project time management includes activity definition, activity sequencing, activity duration estimation, schedule development and schedule control.
Project Cost Management
Every project has some budget limitations. Project cost management is required to ensure that all the activities of the project are completed within the estimated budget and ultimately the final output of the project comes within the approved budget. The process of project cost management involves resource planning, cost estimating, cost budgeting and cost control.
Project Quality Management
Quality is the vital part of any project. Project quality management ensures that all the processes are carried out effectively in order to satisfy the quality parameters of the project for which it has been undertaken. An effective quality management consists of quality planning, quality assurance and quality control.
Project Human Resource Management
A project requires a number of skilled human resources for its successful completion. Project human resource management ensures the effective and efficient use of the manpower involved in the entire project life cycle. To be effective the following would have to be administered properly: organisational planning, staff acquisition and team development.
Project Communications Management

Project Procurement Management
The entire project involves a huge investment that can be controlled with the help of effective purchase system. Project procurement management includes the processes that are required for the acquisition goods and services to attain the project scope from outside the performing organization. This includes procurement planning, solicitation planning, solicitation, source selection and contract administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure understanding, management and administration of the contract
· Ensure that progress, delays and any other events/situations, which might influence the program and costs are communicated timeously to Management
· Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources
· Submit and manage monthly progress payments to the client
· Minimizes exposure and risk by implementing and audits safety standards and quality assurance controls
· Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
· Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews all issued drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed
· Proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
· Supervises site/construction managers, reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies
· Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated
· Reports to stakeholders and managers about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated. Plans, implements, tracks and closeout construction projects
· Conducts / Attends project meetings
· Manages day to day operational and tactical aspects of the projects
· Manages day to day client interactions and expectations
· Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability and project costs
· Manages too, and achieves revenue goals set for projects
· Generates and issues timely internal and external project reporting on company templates
· Proactively identifies changes in project scope and ensures appropriate measures are taken pertaining to the contract
· Projects changes in scope and revenue and effectively notifies and manage contractually
· Administers process between Subcontractors, Suppliers and Construction team
· Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
· Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project
· Conduct site checks to monitor progress as well as safety and quality standards and implementation of the quality and safety plan (Visible Felt Leadership)

· Electrical of Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent B-Tech
· SACPCMP Certification
· Construction Regulations Certificate
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 10 years previous work experience in Renewable Energy Projects
· Experience of Project Financing Process and Requirements
· Previous experience of managing projects through the financial, planning, procurement and construction processes
· Experience of managing Renewable Energy Projects
· Experience of managing of minimum 100 staff members
· Administrative skills (MS Projects, Word, Excel, Power Point & JD Edwards)
